
THE CHALLENGE
Pico-Interactive is a leader in VR hardware and software, with over 300 employees and operations in the North America, Europe, China and Japan.nd whose mission is to help bridge the gap of the most common vitamin and mineral deficiencies.
Ahead of its global release of the Goblin Wireless VR Headset, Pico-Interactive needed an ecommerce partner to connect with their fans around the world. The company wanted to sell its headsets via pre-order in multiple currencies and languages, as well as provide local fulfillment options for consumers in North America and Europe. International regulatory concerns such as VAT reporting and payment were also vexing concerns for the brand. With release-day quickly approaching at the Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles, Pico-Interactive had less than 90 days to build its global ecommerce solution.
Pico decided to work with an all-in-one ecommerce partner, rather than building a full in-house ecommerce team.
